Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Returns on all shipped products are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Returns are not eligible for refunded shipping costs.

• Wetsuits: Wetsuits and neoprene products may be tried on. Wetsuits must not be worn in water and must have original tags attached to be eligible for return.
• Surfboards: All surfboard sales are final.
• All Other Items: Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with original tags attached along with original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
